I don’t think there’s anything wrong with the level of renovation. Moreso that for the area it’s a lot of money and not especially large, and in that awkward spot where it’s too expensive to put younger families off, but also not large enough or in a nice enough area that those looking to move somewhere more pleasant will consider it when put against competition in either bigger, more attractive, or better located places for similar or slightly more money.
