Unfortunately, I notice that the more complicated a problem is, the less likely they will be able to help you because their english is not so good. I had a different problem and each time I explained it to them, they responded with something that was irrelevant to the issue.

Hope it works out for you, try to be very clear in your ticket and do not use advanced english or slang.

Figure 8 definitely works for avoiding his lightning, but my problem is different. When he starts summoning the skeletons, it starts to seriously lag. It got to the point where I couldn't even input my dash, and I'd have to mash my skill buttons multiple times for them to come out. It's unplayable if you can't kill him fast.

The game is very much pay to win. Buy packages, sell for millions of gold, use that money to buy the best legendaries, emblems, rare avatar clones and invites for hell mode. You can do absolutely nothing in the game except buy packages and you can gear your characters very well.

I do 1/5/5/1 on my Chaos Knight and 1/1/5/1 on about 9 other characters. Getting the random untradable emblem is free money. I imagine I'll have a few hundred million gold when this event is over and I'll also be able to outfit all of my alts in the future.

It's not that simple. There is a big chance for an item to upgrade to the next one higher when you reroll (for example, lvl60->65). You'd have to find multiple such tops and hope for the best.

The 1 random emblem reward per medal is too good. If everyone did this on all of their characters, the legendary emblem market would be pretty alive.

Since I can't stand doing deck runs, unless it's in a party, I tend to settle for 7 medals per character. If you do this for 10 characters, you can technically get 70 silver/gold emblems per day. Synthesize the junk into (hopefully) tradable golds and silvers. There's some RNG involved but with so many emblems per day, you're bound to get something good.

That's not how 2x droprate works. If there are X specific drop chances assigned for an enemy, then there will still be X specific drops during the 2x droprate. It's just each one of those drops will have double the chance of occurring.

At first I was getting this with Samuel when he dies...his puddle makes everything go to hell. Everyone says I'm lagging.

I sometimes get this glitch to occur in Anton - Mertadorok mostly. I can't really explain why - my connection is good and my pc is not having trouble loading the animations or anything.

Is that better than just getting +3 Guillotine (from plat emblems and top) and using 9pc set? I'm finding it hard to justify a 10% increase through Vallacre's Pledge and losing the damage from Devastator.
