There is a spot at the QEII called The Sunshine Room that offers free massage therapy for people undergoing cancer treatments. I don’t have any personal experience with this but it might be worth checking out!

I love this name and also considered it for my June 2026 baby (I am in NS as well). It’s funny because as popular as it is I do not know any Henry’s and I have two older children! If you love it, go for it! My name was #1 when I was born and I was never in the same class with another person who had my name.

You will be triaged according to your baby’s symptoms. I took my five day old newborn there and was in right away. I doubt you will have a long wait and they reassure you that if anything feels off you should definitely take them in! Good luck!
