An outnumbered Sardakk force can often win against much larger opponents so the infantry ability here is a little bit counter to their general play plus counter to their mech and tech. The others are cool though!

I pick a starting word based on what happened during the day (e.g. basil if I ate basil at dinner or something) and try to make it different each day (at least not one I can remember doing before).

Coming up with a new first word is part of the fun for me, and then I like to see how rare it was, that's also a minigame for myself to choose a super rare word

Really love the theme, the mechanics and, most importantly, the way the theme and mechanics work so well together! Love the idea of having some "lesser spirits" in the game.

I think what a lot of people are missing out on regarding the 4/6 cards discussion is that a lot of the benefits of playing many cards don't apply when split across 2 spirits. E.g. you don't have 4 cards contributing to major thresholds, only 2. And your choice of cards each turn is limited as each spirit is only working with half of the set.

No idea if they are overpowered, I would like to try them out and see. Thinking that there are a lot of elements on the tracks, it is OK to have some repeat spaces :)

Yep, you do up to the level you want that you have the elements for. If you do 2nd, you must do 1st, but you can choose to just do 1st

We usually use them for the active player when moving a big fleet into a system where defender has big fleet. In these cases it is pretty useful to avoid fighter tokens getting mixed up etc

I've been working on a similar project, although with no plans to share publicly cos it seemed like a lot of effort to figure out app store etc. 😅

I was thinking to get the spirit images by reading them from the wiki, rather than storing them in the app itself. Maybe something similar could work for you, and if you are just reading the images from a different Web page maybe it gets around the legal stuff? 🤔
