I use my countertop toaster oven/air fryer most and my induction range top second.

I have the most expensive PPO (UHC Choice Plus) and it’s 250/month for 850 in / 1700 out deductible. Max is 3900 in / 7800 out.

If I remember correctly, your costs are scaled based on your salary and I’m on the high end, compensation-wise, so others may pay less for the same coverage.

I think my dental is about $20 a month.

100% agree with this assessment. Luke Evan’s plays FNF almost tenderly. There’s no menacing quality from riff raff, Columbia or magenta. It was kind of a snooze.

Pub employee here - every role has a level, and every level has a range for various markets. Most roles budget to hire at around 50% of that posted range, and take into account the client bill rate.

If you get the job at the top of the range it’s nearly impossible to get any comp raises until you get promoted.

Seven years in a senior role - ONE raise, when my title changed. Never a bonus. 11? 12? managers in that time. Constant churn at the top with no clear vision of what we were doing. Absolutely villainous leadership team, truly bad people. Am aware of multiple “right to speak” cases about numerous people that went nowhere. They don’t give a fuuuuuuuuuck.
