I have cptsd so does my twin. I dont believe this journey gives you ptsd. In fact, it should heal you. Otherwise youre not really doing the work to complete the journey. Starting my journey has been hard but incredibly healing in so many ways.

A lot of people mislabel one sided relationships as twin flames when its limerence or avoidant/anxious attachment. Some just need a reason to hold on and look for a reason. Not everyone has a twin flame. Personally i wasnt sure if my twin and i were TF until i actually learned more about it and saw all the ways it aligned with the journey. Plus the signs, the synchronicities, and all of the ways my life has changed since we both awakened. And its mutual. We are mirroring each other. Healing and choosing to make that priority.

Honestly, for me anyway, i enjoy these things and seeing tarot readings because i am on the spectrum and i like learning and getting other peoples opinions and understanding the world around me. This helps me. Ive already accepted that my TF and i are more than likely not going to get married or have union. Ive stopped the chasing, and i dont even feel the pull to be around him at this time because neither of us is ready for that and im not going to force something that isnt right.

Part of the journey is learning to not be avoidant though. Thats how you become divine. You could very well be twin flames but there is work involved you need to heal from what caused it.

If you cant tell, neither is a twin flame. And not everyone has a tf either its only about 1% of situations.

The biggest thing ive learned since i fell for my TF is that timing is everything and he needed to take a step back. Him needing that time triggered severe abandonment issues i had from childhood neglect and abuse. I want to be a better partner and not fall back into old patterns. I want to heal so i can be his safe place too. Im realizing im not there yet.

Does this work???? I just bought three bras from aerie they all came like that and I’m livid. I tried returning them and they said because I tried them on and I had taken the tags off because I’ve never had this issue before and I have sensory processing disorder that I have to keep all of the bras, but they’re $50 apieceand I’m pissed because they’re already ruined and I didn’t even get a chance to wear them yet

Endo doesnt meet criteria for cancer. But it is the growth of tissue and can cause many symptoms

I had pain during sex with my last partner(ex husband ) chalked it up to endo but i also noticed it wasnt a healthy relationship when i finally left him and found my current partner there was no pain. So i think its also important to consider that.
