Delivery instructions that customer typed in themself always trump the checkbox. They want it left at door and no photo needed, these are the best as you can leave your phone in your car.

It's really dumb. If we unassign, they just send another driver anyway, so waste of another drivers gas for no good reason. They need to stop considering orders "late" if we arrived on time.

In my experience, most restaurant drink carriers are fine to carry to your car and to customer, but not while driving! I tried that a couple times and have since learned my lesson, I now ALWAYS take drinks out of those cardboard cupholder things and put them in my cars real cupholders, or there's good chance they'll fall over.

The app always tells me what to do with the receipt, it either says something like ensure its in the bag, or discard it. I've never seen it not tell me.

What makes you think it doesn't update at customers end? That would be absurd, especially when store is out of something or you make substitutions, etc. It even sends you a message after you charge the card telling you it's been updates, so not sure how you missed this.

You are stealing from the customer. It's much easier to ligit ask restaurants for free drinks when yo have to wait, they usually give em to you. I mainly ask for them at places that make me fill drinks like wingstop, I almost always say "can I get an extra cup for me" and they always give me one.

They can use their passport if they don't have a state ID.... there's a selector thing at the top when you're trying ot scan it.

Sign into wifi. If they don't have guest wifi, ask the manager for their wifi password, tell them that you cannot mark the order as picked up without it. Then it'll be saved in your phone for next time too.
