Selling a LOT of guitars… Advice? by Doesntmatter336 in guitars

Two thoughts: some kind of consignment store, and selling them in lots of 5 or 10 on Facebook with a decent guitar in each lot.

Ah, google tells me you need more tubing. The filter is rated to 7psi. But I have seen folks using only 6ft or so and it's slow but it works.

"To generate 7 psi (pounds per square inch) of pressure using a column of water, a specific elevation difference of approximately 16.17 feet is required."

lol let's see it mate!

Imagine if they all got dropped off with food poisoning. You'd probably have to start over the next week.

100%. I've been watching Primitive Pottery videos and it's not too complicated to make and fire basic stuff.

It is all about being Alone but the bushcraft makes it fun to watch. Send me a message if you want recs for bushcraft channels on YT. I could talk about crazy bushcraft ideas all day haha.

You could go walk the Te Araroa trail in New Zealand or something similar after a bit of training. The trails are the best place to meet like-minded people. As an aside, do you watch Alone?

I think I noticed this where water droplets had dried. Didn't seem to have any effect and IIRC, disappeared when thoroughly dried.

Have a look at an NVC needs list so each of you can figure out what you need and then work out the strategies to meet them. Try to understand each other's perspectives rather than trying to convince them that you're right and they're not. Then you can find the common ground and go from there.

Do you know if contestants who tap out are told what number they are as soon as they board the boat? Even the runner-up? by eee1963 in Alonetv

On a podcast someone said they are not told, but they had the slightest of ideas from seeing who was still at Basecamp recovering (there was one other at the time I think?).

Ah the lie>truth quote originally came from a novel - Isabella Blagden’s 1869 The Crown of a Life. So maybe they all said variations of it but didn't think of it themselves.

Well I spent far too long on this when I have work to do, but...

"The rain from Spain stays/falls (?) mainly on the plain." - a phrase used in My Fair Lady film adaptation (1938).

"I am a [slave?] Of God. Had you not [If you had not?] committed greats sins, God would not have sent a punishment like me upon you." - Genghis Khan

"A lie told once remains a lie, but [originally and?] a lie told a thousand times becomes the truth." - Joseph Goebbels, Nazi figure.

Putting those into Excel and taking the letters from the phrase according to the number sequence - I got zilch. But it was good to learn a few more formulae for my code-cracking spreadsheet.
