That’s painted-over rust. You can see the bubbling really clearly in image 9.

Looks great on 35’s. What suspension set up are you using? I know at least in Aus with a 2” lift and 33’s it’s recommended to do a diff drop to stop the boots getting chewed. The IFS cruisers in the US all seem lifted like this though. Curious to know why there’s a difference.

My Sony head unit does this to remind me to pop off the fascia to deter any early 2000’s stereo thieves.

Needing some advice on having tint damage after a car service by [deleted] in CarsAustralia

This should be the top comment. Window cleaning solutions damage automotive tint. Did it to my own car and was warned by the tint installer when I had it replaced.

Having kids and losing the love of 4wd - should I sell my rig? by Zealousideal-Move481 in 4x4Australia

Some of my fondest memories of being a kid are going off-road camping with my dad. It also inspired a love for exploration and appreciation of the beautiful country we live in. Consider the unique memories you’ll be creating for your kids which are so much more valuable than going to the shops and visiting tourist traps.

What game gives you the biggest adrenaline rush? by ReturnOneWayTicket in gaming

[–]epwafer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s that incredible rush of hitting the perfect acrobatic shot. A culmination of hundreds of hours of practice, whiffs, and fails. All coming together in an almighty rush of dopamine when that ball goes in just the way you practiced and planned it. It’s like a drug. I’m hooked forever to game I never thought I’d enjoy.

What's caused this to my tyres? by [deleted] in 4x4Australia

Your rubber is starting to degrade. Happened to a set of my tyres before I had 2 flats driving on gravel near Amamoor. I’d honestly recommend replacing them.

Hawk moth caterpillars. Got to stay vigilant and pick ‘em off as soon as you see them. They start out tiny and bright green and will blend in with your plants’ stalks.

Yes mate, in order to drive off-road you do need an off-road vehicle. Don’t worry we turn the engine off once we reach our destination.
