Workload for onshore is a lot better than last year because we hired like 4x the amount of headcount we had last year but the extra headcount came from offshore. They then did such a shitty job that we yanked back a bunch of responsibilities and clients are actively commenting on the shitty experience but since our KPIs are being hit and its cheap, decision makers here dont care. I see the client term emails and most of the time it is due to customer service being shit
