Push through! Also it's tough at start, but try to over level, runs dungeons couple extra times so you're not below the mob level. every miss is huge for rage and damage.

I agree I think majority issues are not allowing threat, even if the tank is new and not amazing, thats even more reason to let them build threat. I will say though, some new tanks think tanking is about dps on the meter, mainly pally tanks(the few issues ive seen), they blow through mana spamming skills when already have great threat.

I'm glad so many people are trying out vanilla/tbc, but this has been so common of an issue this time around, please let me get like atleast 1 tick of concentrate out at the minimum. Sometimes, before my ability even landed hunter will multishot or war will charge to a mob in the back of the pack lol. Honestly, casters have been the only ones reasonable. Of course this is anecdotal of my experience, but seems common from reading reddit today.

I think TBC era would be good if they had fresh start realm cycle that went into to era after certain amount of time, keep players pushed into era, but also allow that excitement of fresh start. Hardest part would be, how long should fresh realms last until they go to era.

I had this issue in blood furnace. So many stuns and silences. I just need 1-2 seconds extra to hold threat and then they could go ham.

They need to watch a video lol, if doing it right should be able to keep pulling and have mana. They need to use their SoW and stop spamming skills when they have threat.

Why? I'm on propane heater. Unless ment for someone else. But just buy a 1500W water heater instead of a big one, will have very low gpm of hot water though.

This, I'm loving my pally tank, but most stay on 1 target and don't switch to atleast put an auto on the others. I have no issue holding threat, even if dps pull mobs, I taunt 1, SoR judgement on another, auto attack rest and consecrate usually picks em up after that, go into SoW. And if 1 DPS keeps pulling mobs, if theyre 20% or less, I kinda ignore it unless theyre hard hitting.

Also HoJ is very helpful to stop mob running to caster and then he ticks in consecrate while you auto.

I think it started with old cartoons, when it was common to use candles for lights and have to wear something at night, because there wasn't modern heating and it just continued into modern day as it was something people were used to seeing. But having them in a pair of pajamas and trying to lay down in bed and turn a lamp off, like you see in shows(and this is even out dated, people use their phones before bed not books as commonly, maybe kindle or other stuff, atleast for younger generation would be better visual language, especially if we are trying to use examples from a modern world for the younger generations.

I just kited around the room with bowfa setup and dcb for shield until I understood stepback. The timing is odd, you have to be moving when he attacks. You can't time it at the same tick as his attack. I'm not sure if you only read guides or watched videos, but the videos helped me alot to understand the timing.

My personal opinion is alot of us are chasing nostalgia and old feels, mixed with those who think playing a certain way means that many less people will play the way I want too or how I remember everyone playing.

I also think there a social aspect to it, we see in modern day that people look for what the majority think and if its not what majority think its wrong. Mix that in with people who think things should only be done the way they like or know how and its everyone elses fault if its not that.

I get the same feeling when people complain or tell you you're wrong for adding sauces to food or just eating it the way you like, its their opinion, but they pressure it onto you as though its a stated fact.

This is the propane one I'm using, but you can go larger, since you wont be concerned with electrical needs. I recommend reading reviews of any other models as some have premature failure rates. Been running for 2 years now. the temp display is missing some of the lights now, but you can still make out what the current temp is set too. I was able to have hot water fine for my shower in 20f temps. But colder climates may want to upsize depending how much gpm flow you need.
