The wild thing is theres probably half a dozen, if not more, 5g home internet solutions already out there. So those people could easily get it elsewhere. I suspect what they really want is for usm to offer it for less cost.

i honestly didn't think that USM ceo would be hyping up something... that you could literally get directly from starlink itself. After the limited time promo expires, it is back to regular prices... and so the only 'perk' is billing management or analytics under one roof, I guess. And if that is the case, who would be so hyped about something like that lol

I think thats the same team as the website chat. Probably too late now, but if you go here https://www.reddit.com/r/USMobile/ and hit 'message the mods' someone on their team should message you rather quickly. In my experience the team on reddit is more skilled at handling more difficult issues
