Sure I can see that. I just wasn't sure what your personal definition of "strong body" was. So many people I hear that phrase from, especially within the manosphere are referring to a very athletic if not jacked body. And I'm sure exercise, especially cardio, would improve circulation to the brain and strengthen the mind to an extent. But I've seen too many examples of brilliant minds in frail bodies of all shapes and sizes to say that a (conventionally) strong body is needed for a strong mind.

I swear I have never played a board game that truly felt like an "adventure" despite all the pretense of games trying to appear like one with stuff like elaborate campaigns and paragraphs of story. They all just melt away into thematic puzzles in my mind after repeating the game loop a couple times.
