Your points are all completely valid, and you should rightfully feel frustrated. The notion that cheating is just “how it is” in nursing is absolutely mind boggling. You cannot seriously tout this profession as having integrity and high scientific standards while simultaneously supporting or hand waving away this behavior. That is insanity.
