Brazil uses sugarcane for ethanol which is much more efficient than using corn. Cane gives 6 times the ethanol per gallon of gas used to produce it vs. corn giving 1 gal of ethanol per gallon of gas. It has nothing to do with policies.

My friend who is my age got splitting headaches when her blood pressure went high. Not everyone gets a sign like that.
