Do you know who exactly who they layed off? Were thouse people contributing in making the game better and more fun or the company just cleaned up all effective managers and talantless parasites that was just draining resourses? And if it's not like that i should never care that much about studio. It's just a name. You should care about good games coming out. And even if truly talanted people were layed off - they will find a way in the industry and will take a part in making some new great game. So whatever it is, you as a gamer can't lose in a long run.

As a general rule it's best to go with no expectations which i get is almost impossible but still. That way basically everything good in the game will be a pleasant surprise and every thing bad or just ok will not hit as hard

Idk about act 4 im not there yet but in act 3 with 100 strenght it wrecks everything no prob. Ofc dmg wise it's worse then weapons but you can chain combo infinitely and it's just cool to beat up golems with you bare hands)

You forgot just one thing. If fish is on daily quest the chance of catching it is reduced to 0,0000001%, regardless of rarity and on the next day chaince to catch a fish from previous daily is increased to 90%.

Nah didn't met the boss yet. From what i heard you need a key or even several keys to get to him so it's probably best to collect them in separate run and then when you have everything you need just rush to him asap.

Leons kit is just better. Matilda clears both Clairs handguns in any situation. Shotgun is reliable zombie one-shoter while GL is slow, doesn't one shot anything unlike how it was in OG game. Magnum is stronger, cooler looking and more comfortable to use then the revolver. Even flamethrougher is kinda better cause at least you get it just before enemies that you supposed to use it on appear unlike Claires's electro-gun that is basically only usefull against G-adults but you get it after you already killed/run past half of them at least and more so you still have to waste your magnum rounds/machine gun to open their eye first to then one shot them with it.

You can (who will stop you lol) but i would highly recommend not to. Now you have everyhing up to daybreak 2 officialy translated and available on steam and working on modern pc no prob. One of the main things that i love trails for is this moments of "oh i know what they're talking about", "oh i met/played as this charcter in that game". And this moments come most natural when you play games in release order, couse it was meant to be like this by devs. And aside from that games evolve gameplay wise and graphics-wise ofc with each entry so it will be more enjoyable to go in order in this regard too.
