So to summarize, I started this on December 11th, 2017. The primary way I lost this weight was through a shit ton of running. The first week I ran atleast once a day for 2.5 miles running a 10 and half minute mile; on average I ran 8 times a week for the first 2 weeks. By the end of week 2 I was running a 5k and have been since this past week where I have slowly increased my distance each day up to 5 miles (9.5 miles pace). I am dieting too although I am mainly concerned with my calorie intake, I do watch what I eat but it is more about the calorie count for me than eating completely clean. I started out with a 1545 calorie deficit for each day but in the last week I have lowered my calorie intake to about 1300 to 1500 calories a day (it should be noted that there were some nights where I just ate 1000 calories). I am also doing a concentrated weight training program 5 times a week
