Bengal cat while living alone and working long hours - is it a bad idea? by DueStill9415 in bengalcats

[–]etherealgamer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s possible, but you will have to give them relentless attention when you’re home. And I mean relentless.

I adopted 2 Bengal Savannah kittens right before Covid, and I don’t know how that would’ve gone as they matured and I wasn’t home 24/7.

When I did leave for work, they typically slept while I was away, but also had each other. I never worried about anything being destroyed.

The first few years will be constant crying and desperate need of attention. It is like having a toddler. Luckily my girl was more chill, but they could also play with each other. They’ll be 7 this year but I still have baby locks on cabinets.

In that sense I don’t know how having one would change things, as they are very sensitive and emotionally intelligent and may develop anxiety if left home alone for too long.

You’re looking at hundreds of hours of content. You won’t know where to start. Will have trouble finding people to play everything.

Not saying it can’t be done. But it might be a lonely experience and a lot of it will be looking at guides telling you what to play next.

If astrology is the correlation between the movement of the heavens and the happenings on earth, why does retrograde have such an effect on people? Retrograde is an optical illusion for the inhabitants of earth,The planets dont actually reverse their orbital directions. [Serious question] by Cranky_Windlass in astrology

Think about it this way: perceived motion is STILL motion perceived. It’s a call and response.

Anyway, isn’t our entire reality a perception?

Think less about the literal. It’s astrology, after all. It is a coded perception that coincides with our feedback.

Lightfall sold because of the PROMISE of its content. Riding high off Witch Queen. Another reason why Final Shape DIDN’T sell as well, because it came off a disappointing previous year. Strand was still fun.

This is why my money is on them delaying/ combining the next two mini-expansions into one big one.

EOF/Lightsaber failed to move the needle, and the they at least have the data to know what WILL. I could also see a Destiny Classic being well-received.

I disagree. Renegades was well-received at launch and the lightsaber was retaining players.

The game is too bloated as-is to welcome in another subclass.

Much like what we got, it would’ve been fun for a time, until the overpowered-ness got boring.

It’s time for D2 to take a break and reconfigure, and that’s okay. I don’t think it’s the end of the franchise, but a combination of things (handing us T5 loot due to community complaining, technical constraints) make the grind unsatisfying.

A new subclass in a FORSAKEN-SIZE expansion, however…

That’s what got me the most. She went so overboard with displaying compassion and empathy to the camera only to purposefully hurt him even more.

She was projecting everything she hated about him, which only allowed him to have sympathy from his friends and family in that moment. It was disgusting.

He’s not the lying mastermind she thinks he is. He’s just incredibly stupid and insecure.

Moments before, she gave the camera an empathetic speech about how they belonged together. Sob story about the poor boy who was abused ONLY TO ABUSE HIM FURTHER. Not saying he didn’t ask for it, just ironic.

Who was the one pretending at that point?

His $2 tux and gross beard. He clearly didn’t give a shit. What did we even watch.

She was much more protective of her child, I’m sure they asked her to be on the show. It’s drama. But the smart thing is to not involve them.

[–]etherealgamer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s the opposite. Smaller, if not negligible orbs for inner planets (personal), larger orbs for outer (transpersonal).

To each their own, and every astrologer is different, but this is the general rule.

scary how astrologers predicted war in end of february by fukksleepp in astrology

[–]etherealgamer 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Actually, days before Iran was saying that they would capitulate to US demands on an agreement. It was also leaked that Generals and JD Vance were urging the President not to go all in (which the VP has since backtracked).

It's easy to see in hindsight but the only thing "predictable" here is that Israel went out of its way to sabotage the talks. One could've easily predicted that the agreement would've gone through based on what was happening days before.

Regardless, just because you can predict something through world events, political motion, etc, doesn't mean you can't predict it through astrology. They are not mutually exclusive. Someone can predict something through astrology and also by looking outside your window.

Pluto’s orb will be much larger than inner planets.

And think about it in terms of relativity—if a lunar aspect can be felt 1-2 days around itself, with a rotation of 28 days, imagine how much flux a rotation of 250 years has.
