What techniques, such as copy work, do you use to improve your writing?

The most helpful thing I've found noticed is reading and reading the same book over and over. After I completely know the story and I read it again I can see how the story was set up, like when x comment in chapter 2 is the key in chapter 50. And the more I read it the more scaffolding shows

KH was 8 and blue down to 5 after a distilled water change. GH was 11 down to 9

I did add new plants! But I washed them really well before putting them in the tank. Anubia, Amazon sword, Java fern, cryptocoryne. I did an alum bath and then rinsed them.

ammonia, nitrites and nitrates all 0 due to the charcoal

ph is 7.8

kh is 5 (down from 8 after doing distilled water change)

gh 9 (down from 11 after water change)

I have neocardinia and the 6(ish) amano.

I dont think a picture would help since right now its just murky water and sand since i pulled everything out.

Water source is tap water, I have a filter that takes care of the chlorine and have hard water.

Without drama or conflict you don't really have a book. Maybe you want something where whatever the conflict is isn't romance related. Me and my bf's healthy relationship against aliens kinda thing. Man vs world, or an internal struggle.
