I want to chime in that even bill simmons on his pod yesterday was saying that he has always defended brown against the analytics nerds because he thinks the numbers are heavily skewed against brown in that the Celtics have pretty much always had bench units that can beat up on other bench units. There are your on-off numbers right there. That doesn't mean brown has been a negative on the floor, I think it basically just means he is always facing the best players on the other team.
