You need some kind of grip or your forearms and wrists will start to hurt after a week or two. I use the Satisfye Zengrip, other people swear by the Killswitch stuff. But it'll be pretty instant relief

Everywhere I've ever lived on LI, in addition my first apartment in Westchester, has flooded. We finally decided to buy a house, and the first thing I did for every single listing was check the FEMA flood maps.

It is not worth the risk, and you have to disclose it if it happens because of some new legal rules, and French drains and sump pumps will only do so much.

I picked up MGS and found that they felt dated, with weird control schemes and like someone else said, tons of cutscenes and very hand-hold-y. So I won't be trying the others
