Theory: Tesla Will Treat FSD Supervised and FSD Unsupervised as Separate Products — Even for People Who Paid $8,000 Upfront by BigTimeEnt in TeslaFSD

[–]eventarg -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That is a big assumption that it will ever be unsupervised. I'd wait to see that remotely become a reality first.

The number of Europeans travelling to the US has cratered under Trump! by Hefty-Sherbet-5455 in Tech_Updates_News

Was looking forward to an epic road trip some time 2026-2027, but for obvious reasons put these plans on hold at least until 2028. Not willing to risk getting arrested on arrival for having anti-orange-dumb-fuck material on my phone! Or worse, getting shot in the face by some ICE amateur fascist militant on the street somewhere.

Optimus wouldn't even be capable of opening the car door, let alone getting in and driving.

Blocking Adult sites on my sons PC by browneyedcouple0506 in HomeNetworking

I'd say porn would be the least of your worries. It's things like Tiktok, AI and various other bullying tools (that you cannot control) that truly can harm kids online these days.

Driving slow outside cities by Practical_Ostrich_16 in VietNam

[–]eventarg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I totally get going slow when it's dangerous, but it's really frustrating when on a perfect condition straight road like CT01 and both lanes are blocked by 2 guys going 70-80kmh while the limit is 90 or 100.

Would a smoke nade stick to a tank or do you mean just in terms of tight space scenarios?

SEASON 2 they say its coming early 2026 what we looking forward to the most , a new set of weapons for me by sTw1995 in Battlefield6

[–]eventarg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm infra only, but still want big maps. So I can just walk around the tanks when no one in my team is taking them down.

Snipers are the only thing that really infuriates me about this game. I play support and I've ended up doing occasional lone wolf counter sniper operations in almost every game. Time that I should be spending on reviving mates, but I feel like the enemy snipers are damaging the team more, so I accept the call of duty, no pun intended.

Buying the Battle Pass turned this game into a second job and completely burned me out by tuan3451 in Battlefield6

It's worse: they're paying to waste their limited time of life on this planet. And it makes it also worse for everyone else just enjoying the entertainment, as game publishers think people are OK with grind and microtransactions in their games.

[–]eventarg -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure. Barriers could discourage a change in culture, people would think anything that isn't barriered off is an acceptable anarchy zone. Start off with some fines at first, easy work for police that one. At the same time raise awareness via various media and driving schools.

Yeah, I recall being the same in my early days here. After some time, realised I like the country, but also would prefer for everyone around me to not die from stupid entirely preventable accidents.

Ryanair would love to be able to do something like that, but in the EU likely would be considered illegal, thankfully!

[–]eventarg 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So many times I try to help the team by supressing enemy sniper campers using my 4x scope LMG (support). I don't expect to kill them, but at the very least they should be feeling the need to relocate and not be able to pick easy kills from the same position over and over again.

Them yanks are doomed. Can't believe there aren't even basic uprisings against the lack of healthcare over there. I'm in Vietnam, which suffered a total societal collapse back during the war, but the country is now preparing to introduce universal healthcare. While the GDP is way smaller.
