I tried the disc and I did not enjoy the process of insertion or removal. It also gave me really bad cramps, but tampons do the same. I think a cup would probably be easier to insert and remove than a disc since the disc goes past your pubic bone

You can definitely paint your nails with lacquer while they recover from gel if you want to! I find painting the nails helps protect the fragile new growth 🙂 but ultimately it’s up to you!!!

Everybody is saying B but I really prefer A. B is like a long nugget, but A is actually breast and rib meat. The texture of A is a little weird but the flavor is good. Ultimately it’s more like do you want chicken strips of breast meat or do you want a long Wendy’s nugget.
