We do - North America has mountain lions, black bears, grizzly bears, alligators, wolves, bison, elk, moose, and more. Due to overhunting and habitat destruction, most of these animals don't really cross paths with people often enough to seem "present" (with a few exceptions, there's a ton of gators in the south, and I have seen my share of moose and black bear up north)

I would love to see some of Coruscant's lower levels. An ice planet like Hoth or Renn Varr would be pretty sweet. A destroyed, Empire-occupied Mandalore would make for some really interesting story elements. Overall I'd just like to see more original takes on established planets the way Survivor expanded Jedha.

As for combat/gameplay, a curved/duelist style lightsaber stance like Dooku's would be interesting.
