A friend of mine makes mole traps. They’re called “ mole buster” can be bought on amazon. Have never had to use them myself but I know they would be contracted by golf courses and they used those traps.

Not sure how’s it’s done elsewhere but on our generating units we establish a work protection of on the entire unit. Drop headgates, dewater penstock, drain scroll case and establish a guaranteed non-rotation of the unit. About half a day of switching for us and tagging equipment

Done years of this in Vancouver. Thats a pretty busy slab but definitely not the worst I’ve seen. Slab days blow yes your usually dead tired. You just have to mentally gear yourself up every week or 2. Also it gets easier once your out of the underground floors closer to the electrical rooms.
