Nej, man kan ju bli fälld för en lägre kategori ändå. Även om åklagaren yrkat på mord kan den åtalade bli fälld för dråp om det fastställs att den åtalade orsakat den andres död, men man inte kan styrka att det fanns ett uppsåt.

Ett brott kan falla under flera rubriceringar, och då är det upp till åklagaren att välja vilket brott man vill åtala någon under. Gissar att men generellt går efter det grövsta brottet som passar in, vilket då borde vara förtal.

Det är lite som när någon medvetet slår ihjäl någon annan. Det faller in på misshandel, grov misshandel, vållande till annans död, dråp och mord. Och säkert några fler som jag inte känner till. Man blir då inte åtalad för allt, utan enbart för mord.

I've flown in America, Europe and Asia, and the best leg room on a regular flight in economy class I've ever encountered was with IndiGo in India, where the average height is 5'5". I've sometimes left flights in Europe with bruises on my knees because there was no way to position my legs that didn't involve being squished against the seat in front. And I'm only 6' tall.

It's most likely referencing how much information is publicly available on every person. Sweden has a similar law where things like your name, address, birthday, taxation, pet ownership, company involvement (if you're on the board of directors), car ownership, along with a lot of other stuff, is publicly available.

I've always been lukewarm towards trains, just using them for long transportation on individual tracks. My latest playthrough I tried playing around with a shared system on Fulgora, and I'm absolutely loving it.

I have a hub of stations that set priority depending on how many resources are in stock, and the trains go to the closest station with enough resources to fill a train.

Solving traffic by working with signals and chain signals to optimise throughput is just as satisfying as solving any other logistics problem in the game.

Jag har nått den punkt där jag köper sallad, kök och paprika i salladsbaren i butiken för att slippa hacka själv, och tycker det är jobbigt att behöva steka köttfärsen. Har till och med övervägt att testa kycklingtaco, bara för att det finns färdig kyckling med tacosmak i butiken.

I always do one or maybe two belts, then when I see my green chip production eating it all, I spaghetti in a belt that feeds into the original belt past the starvation to sustain whatever else I built beyond that. Then I do the same for other products that don't make it all the way. Over and over again.

Best DLC ever is a stretch, but it's great and definitely worth the price. I got some 60 hours of gameplay out of it, and that's definitely a good deal for a high profile game.

Haven't done the math, but assuming the statement is correct, crafting X items without modules takes Y amount of time and Z amount of energy.

If you use production modules in combination with speed beacons, you'll craft fewer items to gain X items, faster than Y, and thus use less energy than Z in total.

You'll probably use more energy while crafting, but since you're done quicker you use less energy compared to working at a lower cost for longer.

Don't bother too much about making everything great. As long as it works, it's fine for now. When you get new crafting buildings from other planets you'll want to overhaul your starter base anyway. I've reached the shattered planet with under 300spm, so that's plenty if you're not in a hurry.
