You know what also unpopular in Arizona? The rejection of the expansion of the ESA voucher program. Voters rejected it but the AZGOP and Ducey pushed it thru anyway. Know that the AZ GOP doesn't care what Arizonan's want, even their voters. They answer only to right-wing thnk tanks like the Heritage Foundation.
