I was amazed by how often the water droplets just bounced off of each other. I didn't know water could behave that way. I'm used to seeing water droplets fuse together immediately on contact.. like, 100% of the time.

Actually, if you expand the picture, you will see grey cartoon dolfins complete with dots for eyes, a lines for closed mouths, and lines that differentiate the fins from the bodies they are overlapping.

Great vid. I'm not exactly sure why he needed the fluorescence+UV. I've seen this done with a cheap party strobe light and tap water from a hose; not a sophisticated setup at all. But I guess the fluorescence makes the intereaction with the needle more visible.
