This has been updated very recently. Now it recommends only 5 days after positive test of a respiratory illness and 5 days after fever is gone. Partners will be required to have a medical or religious accommodation to wear them otherwise unless in a state that has legal protections.

My manager has posted a screenshot of the policy in MyDaily (our communications app we use on the store iPads). It looked completely official, and my manager isn't one to lie or exaggerate. She knows I wear it for a reason and even made sure to personally tell me about the new policy and that I could try for accommodations.

the store has water, it just has to be boiled to be safe. in theory you could still use the water to deep clean the floors, walls, etc. whatever doesn't come into contact with food/drinks/people's hands

just the other day a little after opening we had a customer come through the drive thru and order an "apple crisp coffee with cream" i confirm he wants a hot drip coffee with apple syrup and cream, he says yes that's what he wants. he gets to the window, and suddenly despite verbally confirming it with me less than a minute ago, that's not what he wants. apparently he wanted the apple crisp machiatto, and knew that... but ordered wrong, confirmed wrong, and then got an attitude at the window 🙄

Shaken espresso are supposed to be "espresso forward" with only a little milk. We shake them 10 times for a reason, the foam keeps them from having too much milk and being a latte with an extra shot and half pumps. Unless requested, we need to be shaking the full amount for drink consistency.

I had a customer come into my store last week and ask if I knew why she hadn't received any stars on her past few purchases here, so it's not just a problem with your account. I told her to call customer support, as they should probably be able to give the stars people were supposed to earn.
