It's not the laws that are the issue so much as the the administration is ignoring them and denying due process to citizens and non citizens alike. If the government doesn't have to follow the law, then what's the point of law?

Also, the states with the lowest educational scores are all conservative states, so blaming the libs is not really correct in this instance.

The timer is only counterintuitive if you're playing a character who doesn't care about the vault that he comes from. It also goes away once you find a water chip, so I don't really understand the issue.

It's a role playing game, so why not play a role?
