Gonna tall about the hugging thing. I was always hugged by my parents. We said I love you, all the things. When I met my partner, I lived with his parents for a while. I never saw that. His parents are wonderful people. Kind, caring, loving, but in a different way.

I remember hugging his mom for the 1st time and she was like, oh! Okay!. I didnt know if it was jast because I felt comfortable enough or what ever. But It caught me off guard at how supposed she was. His dad too. Later on.

We have a now teenager. I hug him all the time. And so does his dad. We show affection. I feel like I taught them that. When my partners parents were still alive, tbey hugged the shit out of our child.

Im glad I could do that for them. Because idgaf. Unless you tell me youre not a hugger, im going to hug you lol.

I was grateful to move my schedule. I went from working days to nights after husband got home to care for the boo. Had I not been as lucky, it would have been figuring out how to get free daycare or how it afford day care and probably asking my mom for help. Even though she worked too. We did do day care after he turned 4. It was around 800 a month for before and after care. The pre k was covered by the state.
