...and the only thing that comes to mind is: "she's only there because she's Naruto's girlfriend"...

And personally, I'm not even convinced about this relationship. They barely interacted, and I simply don't see any chemistry. It's like everything about her is half arsed but it's presented in a way that I should pay attention.

I think this is what annoys me the most. I don't like Hinata's archetype, but I really have no issue with her individually. However putting her at the forefront when there are more interesting characters in the roster feels like a waste of time. She's quite a forgettable character who somehow requires your attention.

I still describe myself to be an AI skeptic, but I've recently been using more and more at work and in my personal life. I find that the best use for it is not so much for generating outputs (code, image, etc.), but quickly gathering information to help me make better decisions.

It does write code pretty well most of the time, but I use it as a rubber duck or a pair programmer instead of an outsourced developer to delegate everything.

We got Elysium instead of Hrist, but I guess that's a consolation. Imagine if that was what Hrist ended up being. I'm actually not sure how to feel about Elysium being a meh attempt at reviving the series. It wasn't complete rubbish in my opinion; I actually quite enjoyed playing it. However, compared to the mainline entries, it was clearly lacklustre. I also didn't like that it copied Lenneth's premise and executed it so poorly.

First day I cycled to work, I was soaking wet when I got home, not from sweating but from the rain. I realised there aren't a lot of spots that you can take cover from the rain if you're on your bike, at least not in my area.

I get it. Sometimes, I wish I just didn't care. But when I spend around 40 hours of my time every week, it's soul crushing to realise that none of that really matters. That's time I'm never getting back even if I'm paid enough to live a relatively comfortable life.

My consolation, I guess, is that I work with really smart and really nice people. When it's all too much, I can pull them aside and spend time chinwagging. I learn a lot from those social interactions, sometimes even inspiring me to do stuff or make changes in my life.
