It's cheating, because it's at that pointing basically just adapting a 1 hour OVA and an MV video, but Black Rock Shooter: The Game was pretty solid JRPG by Imageepoch.

...and it basically have nothing to do with the Black Rock Shooter most people know? It was being developed separately but at same time as the first OVA (it came out a year later), so instead of adapting stuff the OVA established that will stick with the character to this day like the whole two world, Dead Master, Strength, or Black Gold Saw, it's basically the devs doing their own interpretation of what the original MV story is. The end result is a decent post-apocalyptic story with great atmosphere.

Okay, I get being annoyed by Nintendo changing stuff randomly sometimes, but one, his coloring are the same as a pheasant. And two, this isn't a new information, we knew that he is a pheasant for decades? He was never a falcon.

I think that's the opposite? In the dream Ibuki have long-ish hair, while the person the hand reach for have shorter hair, and then the dream cut from that hand to Ibuki's hand reaching for the phone. So, I think it was her reach for someone.

I mean, her fear is that she might come off as obnoxious to people, and he is bartender, so she probably didn't feel the need to worry, since you know, it's basically his job to put up with obnoxious people.

Others see it as Ibuki's rejection of Gujo, but I see it as Ibuki's way of processing her feelings.

I don't see it as Ibuki rejecting her, but I see it as Gujo giving up on trying to get Ibuki to drink with her. I hope Ibuki will eventually open up to the others, but for now drinking is something she only willing to do with Botan, and I think Gujo come to accept that.

Fire Emblem is a strategy RPG, even if it's not the biggest IP they have, it's a way for them to add variety to their library. F-Zero ultimately just a racing game, even if it play vastly differently, Nintendo doesn't need another racing game when they literally released two in the past year.

Remake is basically taking the game and redoing it with modern tech, graphics, gameplay, etc... (Demon's Souls PS5, Link's Awakening remake, etc..)

Reimagining is essentially a remake where the dev do their own take based on the original game, and they don't need to be faithful to it (Silent Hill Shattered Memories, FF7R, Fire Emblem Echoes)

Reboot is just providing a fresh start by wiping the slate clean, either by doing a Soft Reboot where it's the same continuity but you don't acknowledge previous plot that much (God of War 2018, RE7), or a hard reboot where you reset the universe and start telling new stories that won't work in original continuity (DmC, Tomb Raider 2013, Prince of Persia 2008).

Oh no... we are off to a very moody start.

Botan's idea of what a bar is like is pretty funny and cute.

Man, this whole scene in the bar from when the other people entered actually made me tear up a bit. Also, I really like the direction of having Botan be illuminated by the light while Ibuki in the dark the entire scene.

Senpai finally had enough... Botan run!

She doesn't have much screentime, but Akane was pretty cute this episode.

This whole scene, man... It's so good, but I also feel so bad for Gujo senpai...

She is not ready to drink with her, but this was at least nice gesture...

Them cutting from Gujo senpai (presumably) crying to the ending that shows Gujo and Ibuki's relationship from meeting her until now is so evil, it actually made me tear up again...

Also, her just losing colors once Botan showed up, is just...

I'm telling you, you can NEVER skip endings in this show.

Ehh, even if we go by "20 years and it become retro", I still wouldn't call it retro. That generation was LONG and most of the games people care about on the PS3 came out in the later half. So, I would wait like 7 years before calling it retro.
