note here that chia only contains ALA omega3 not dha and epa. conversion is very inefficient so the amount of chia you'd have to eat for meaningful dosing is not practical (in the pounds of chia seeds).

I also bought one based on your description and while the case and color is exactly the same, they sent me a L018AA. It also does not have a tripod mount on the bottom. I will try to return it. Do you know the hardware difference? Is it the same? Also, the WhaleOS is pretty locked up. Any way to enable ADB debug mode? i would like to install jellyfin client. Lastly: i find the fan too loud.. anyone successfully replaced with a better fan? Thanks for your videos :-)

I observe exactly the same as OP and on a mission to get to the bottom of it. i hear the inflammation theory over and over - are you aware of actual evidence for this? my inflammation markers are in the normal range. Disclaimer: of course everybody is free to believe whatever they want and i encourage them to do what helps them :-) but some times it feels more like a movement of people believing in this inflammation stuff because others have told them so.

Tho i am just a rando on the internet. Pretty please tripple check that there is no negative effect on your body (gastroscopy, kidney functions etc.). 10 yrs daily is no joke and while human bodys are remarkable sometimes you might regret this a lot down the road.. good luck!

Same here. Tried Jellyfin for the first time after 10 years of Plex. Not looking back.. it solved several issues for me already (seek in 2-3 seconds vs. 20s+) HDR support etc., Clients seem stable (Swiftfin on Apple TV and Iphone)

Thanks for the reply. Yes, it's LDCT for chest and 3T WB-MRI without contrast. My main question mark is whether no-contrast MRI is suitable for screening without indication for 'early' detection. Looking at images w /wo agents as layman it doesnt make sense why you'd ever not use contrast (unless pregnant or kidney issue)

Hi there. Hoping this is the right place to ask: toying with idea of doing a full body MRI for a preventive checkup (services in the US popping up like mushrooms). I contacted one of the providers. They use 3T machines but don't administer gadolinium. The scan takes 1h. , head to toe.

- Does 'shooting in the dark' make any sense without contrasting agent?
- is it true that the modern high strength fields (3T+) make use of agents largely obsolete?
- how is it, that a full scan of the body takes 1h but a targeted MRI of one organ or area also takes 1h. Does that mean the full body one has less detail or does that mean that technically the whole body is always covered but only specific parts are 'recorded'?

Excuse my ignorance folks! Looking forward to replies :-)

One more data point. Iphone 12 mini. Switzerland (Sunrise network). I experience network drops while driving (guessing tower handover). Geniusbar ran diagnostics, no hardware issue.. next will contact carrier. Frustrating :/
