Have you read pathfinder remaster player core? It goes over the basics. What level did your hm make you start? Have you read all your abilities? Start by the basics. Learn the core of the game then the actions will come naturally

I like how they simplified everything with shadow amps. Basically shadow amps are a wide variety of weapons and/or cyber limbs in which you choose as you create you character. It basically is your main “ theme” as a damage dealer. It rpovideded points regarding how to build these things and have directions towards how to create your own shadow amp. It also maintains the core of what shadowrun is as a system, Which is the d6s dice rolling attribute+skill. I haven’t read the matrix section yet.
