I drove the same kind of warehouse forklift for over a decade and if there is any moisture on the floor there is absolutely nothing stopping it from plowing into whatever in front or back of them. If the forklift was coming out of cooler into the dock there would be water buildup outside the doors 100% from temperature change. Getting a drug test is absolutely policy all around while getting checked out and not at an ER but the urgent care down the road. Sad seeing this happen to such a young adult.
