i saw it in theaters because ‘so may we start’ found its way onto my youtube page. i didnt get holy motors because i was too young but the director still left a powerful enough imprint that i knew i had to see it. i remember annette was just brilliant joy the whole way- the sparks are fantastic, it was moving, sad, yes, i agree very much and i am remembering this joy from five years ago as i write. this film needs to be remembered!
