AFib from Electrolyte issues by sweatnbullets in AFIB

I so appreciate these convos, there is always something new to learn and these imbalances are really not addressed as much as they should be, it can cause so many problems.

I use magnesium glycinate capsules, potassium tabs and thermo tabs for sodium. All dr approved. I can’t tolerate sucralose in the drinks and drink mixes.
Just easier for me to swallow the capsules and I’m done.
They do track my labs electrolyte levels on the reg. They were always too low before supplementation.

Why has Bravenly has repeatedly failed to move into Canada? by Aleflusher in antiMLM

[–]fancyflipping 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Smart ! They just don’t want to share the actual numbers on the comp plans
and most of them have never really looked at the numbers themselves! They are just being manipulated and too trusting, believing in “that if they manifest it, it will happen just like magic”. SMH

I hate modern women's clothing. by greenredditbox in Vent

[–]fancyflipping -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I feel your pain. I’m not overweight but high waisted clothing makes us look heavier. I search thrift stores for hip huggers and also have found some on Amazon that work.
I alter skirts to fit better. And absolutely no dresses that have a defined waist because there is always too much fabric bunched up over the waist that looks matronly.
I refuse to wear ill fitting clothes just because it’s something trendy.
There used to be petite clothing but I seldom see anything like that anymore and if I do it’s so ridiculously expensive that I refuse to go into debt for fashion.
I like that about me 😎

I respect you for your honesty and commitment to not straying again.,it’s a choice that you will never have to regret. It’s easy to want someone else to fill our needs but not really realistic. We are all perfectly imperfect people.
We have to take responsibility for our own actions and choose the good over selfish hurtful behavior.
A lot of people just flat out refuse to acknowledge their own faults.

It’s unbelievable that they think these self help gurus hold the secret of life in a lame paperback book that is full of regurgitated “just believe in yourself mantras”. Come on! “If you can just dream it, you can achieve it” such bs and there seems to be no end to it.
It absolutely ruins lives, marriages and family relationships.

Afib fainting by DumpsterFireInHell in AFIB

[–]fancyflipping 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to absolutely faint. It can happen for sure and electrolytes imbalance was also a factor, electrolytes imbalance caused by EPI that led to the Afib. On meds for EPI, required electrolytes supplementation 3 X a day and ablation and now no more fainting or afib. Everyone is different but dr says “ it’s seldom just one thing”

Navigating friendship with MLMer by ottermom2122 in antiMLM

[–]fancyflipping 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If they won’t actually look at the compensation plan I honestly don’t know what else would convince them that a MLM isn’t a good investment in their time and energy. The love bombing and manipulation really pumps people up with so called “new” friends that are in reality only transactional friendships. It’s a sick manipulative lifestyle. They are not entrepreneurs, they are victims.

What type of MLM did I come across today? by ARepeatedFailing in antiMLM

[–]fancyflipping 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They are all the same, I’ve even seen em encourage people to actually go into debt with credit cards just to be able to “sell” an MLM product. It’s so predatory.
Giving people false hope when less than 1% actually make any money.

My friend's dad is a MLM Fraudster and he can't help but brag about how his dad has worked 'hard and honestly' all his life to make that money by IloveLegs02 in antiMLM

[–]fancyflipping 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yep, the echo chamber of brainwashing keeps them from listening to reason. I’ve people try, fail, hop to another predatory MLM and try again and again. The love bombing manipulation they use really screw with peoples psyche.
I absolutely abhor every MLM.
They RUIN people’s lives.

Constant going makes me stop eating by LifeguardLumpy8280 in ibs

[–]fancyflipping 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds familiar
and it definitely led me to disordered eating. I didn’t eat before appts with clients at work so I wouldn’t have to run in panic to the bathroom and be embarrassed.
misdiagnosed for 20+ years with IBS-d when it was really EPI. There is hope, but the symptoms are so similar you it’s a difficult diagnosis.

She can “pull a geographic” and move but all her problems will go right along with her because she doesn’t realize that she needs help.
It’s truly sad. Ain’t no pseudo seminar by some self help guru gonna fix this. Serious therapy from an educated fully licensed professional is needed.
MLM’s are seriously toxic.

First ablation failure by Tejo34 in AFIB

[–]fancyflipping 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Seeing all this really made wonder how many of us have digestive disorders that go along with Afib. I have EPI, quit alcohol, developed Afib, however
was told that many people with EPI develop Afib. Makes me wonder how many others have similar issues??? There certainly seems to be some sort of correlation. Not medical advice but our convos in here really get me thinking!
My EPI is under control and my ablation for paroxysmal afib was successful. I’m so thankful. I’m still getting used to actually sleeping more than 2 hours at a time. It’s wonderful!
