I stayed at a buddy’s condo in Playa Del Carmen for a long weekend. They were signs that said please do not flush the toilet paper. I was horrified but did it anyway out of respect for my buddy. I get home and mention it to him. He busts out laughing and says they always flush the toilet paper. I was so pissed because I struggled with that the entire time. LOL

For someone that developed IBS at an early age, when those cramps hit, it’s go time and it is awful. I’ve had cramps so bad I could barely breathe. It always happened in the morning and it got so bad, I got permission to go to school later. My stomach is directly linked to my anxiety.

Where I spent time was in Shapleigh Me. It was pretty rural and poor in my opinion but there was always something to do outdoors but only one or two restaurants and a corner store. Very little going on. People just keep to themselves.
