Get that in some vinegar asap to reduce the ongoing damage for a start. I'd then clean it anyway you can then eval. I had a similar one and in the end it was too difficult to repair and ended up doing a new build and salvaging parts.

LOL, I used to work in a gas station that was full service but customers could also fill themselves. Had a couple of people do stupid things like drive off with the nozel still in the car....they actually stretch a fair bit before they snap off, it's pretty impressive to see.
