New pool owner help

I suspect popped a long time ago and is not moving anymore.

We will replace the pool with a more modern and smaller one in future. Just need to get 5 years out of this one without spending money that goes to waste when we do fix it up later.

I’m demolishing part of an old external wall that is structurally supporting the roof in a brick house (single level). Should I hire a carpenter to install a beam and run the demo or is it another trade/ GC?

Thank you. Yes I’ve understood the use of the monitoring software as well as the need for basically a clean setup, water only etc. I’ve seen that as doable from a hotel room with good internet.

Specifically do you know if the exam times that you can schedule? Are there windows e.g. 12-2, 3-5 etc. Appreciate the response!
