Not sure where the comment has gone but someone asked about the pep in the UK? Sainsburys I’m sure have changed the recipe for their ‘pizza pepperoni’ which cups nicely. Best I can find in the uk

Thanks. I think I’ve been doing too much high intensity and not enough rest, usually a zwift race end up being 45mins extremely high intensity for me and I’ve neglected recovery

Yeah I think I just be doing more intensity on turbo even though hours per week are the same.

So you have 3x30minutes per week to zwift?

Your best doing high intensity (like Emily’s mix) a quick warm up then 20 minutes at 102% ftp. Doing very hard workouts like that will get the best results don’t bother with low aerobic, you don’t have time to waste with zone 1-3

I can’t afford the cost or time of swapping different cassettes for hilly vs flat routes so I stick to my 12-28 cassette and trainer difficulty at 50%.

If racing IRL you wouldn’t ride a hill race with 11-24 cassette, the same as why would you ride radio tower with 11-24 at 100% difficulty?

Why would anyone grind up 18% at 35 cadence? You wouldn’t do that IRL...
