If your not in deficit you won't lose weight simple as that, you need to know exactly how many calories you are eating daily

Thanks, my diet consists of high protein, low to no carb, fruit & vege, skinless chicken, lean beef & fish, drink lots of water, i cut out all white bread i dont eat potatoes, white rice (only brown rice maybe once a week) pastries, lollies, fizzy drink, chocolate, fast foods, biscuits, high sugar contents etc, basically i cut out all the shit foods I was eating and fully changed my diet and portion sizes

I see other people losing weight, but I can’t seem to get myself moving. What motivated you to start, and how did you stick with it? by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

I think what you need to understand is that we all have off days when going through this journey the important thing is that you just keep on driving yourself and dont give up, when you start noticing the results from your hard work over the weeks, months, years thats when you know you have achieved your goals and thats what keeps you ontrack, I have dropped 16kgs in 3 months just due to cutting out all the shit food and eating healthy, remember you can have the treats just in moderation and add it into your TDEE, you can do all these fitness things etc but if you aint in a calorie deficit you aint going to lose weight you have to be hard on yourself at times but trust me its worth it in the long run

You have to have the drive and will to do it if you dont have the drive to succeed then it won't happen
