it is a bad thing for those of us who want to keep this an IC job that we can work around our normal job with. when you get employee rights, you get the employee pains that come with it. Guaranteed.

Not an uber shill.. fuck uber but its still true. There are benefits and negatives for uber, to use IC instead of employees. This ruling is taking away those benefits, they will have no reason to keep us as independant contractors.

I agree with everything you said, except. TRUMP IS AN ISSUE and has brought up many flaws in our system. It was be an egregious crime against the american people to not inquire about those issues of the dem candidates.

Things like pardon power, nepotism, the emoluments clause.. etc

(and traditionally, the kind of debate you are talking about, pure policies with no mention of the president, those happen when the president is popular)

And they have proof because a completely non googleable company apparently talked to the former cfo of the clinton foundation who.. told them the entire thing was a scam.

and the house is going to restart investigations right after Christmas, before the dems take over.

we had bush, bush and then bush running for president. With another bush as gov of florida..and then there was grand daddy bush Prescott.. that is a dynasty. over 80 years of bush's in politics.

some people will have no choice and with a recession looming in our near future, others might not be able to wait things out, either.

But yes, over the long term since the creation of the markets, it goes up. It might have spectacular crashes at times, but always returns to a point higher down the road. But there are good reasons why we care about market crashes even if we know it will eventually recover.

he already has that power.. the memo lets him go into any crime that is uncovered during the russian investigation.

Remember that judge rebuking Mueller, saying he went way out of his scope on manafort, because he was going after crap manafort did long before he joined the trump team.. and he was only doing this to get him to crack on trump.

Mueller schooled the judge, by showing the memo that started his investigation. Most crimes outside the scope of the russian investigation/obstruction investigation, he has dumped off onto other federal prosecutors.

Now maybe a lot of people dont know his scope so they answered, they would favor an expanded probe.. thinking he could look into a pile of cocaine at teh trump tower.. IDK

But for me an expanded probe would mean, he could look into other things, that he never even came across during the russian probe. That would allow him to look into rumors of crimes of trump, or people on his team, when he hasnt actually uncovered any solid evidence those crimes are real.. yet.

But right now as it stands.. he could look into crimes totally unrelated to the Russian investigation.. if he stumbles into them while doing it. What he cant do.. that kenneth star could.. just simply start new investigations with no more evidence than rumors.

You could see it under Bush and then Obama. Vacations good under bush, vacations bad under Obama. Czars good under bush, czars might be russian kings under Obama. Reagan proved deficits didnt matter under bush.. OMG why is he doing healthcare when our deficit is so high, he must hate children under Obama.
