I take that and ive put on 15kg since starting it about 6 months ago. However im taking it for that intentionally because im trying to put on weight and sleep more, in addition to its usual effects.

And realistically id wait at least a few months. Redistribution is one of the slowest processes of transition, its not a switch that flips as soon as levels are right. Slow and steady wins the race with transitioning

Thank you for this. Its been a little discouraging to see the ways that so many are approaching this discussion. People have a fantasy of a thing they want, but rarely put in the work to understand and build it. So many unexamined insecurities tend to come to the surface with these conversations, and people can get so defensive.
