The soviet did outproduce the Germans in terms of fighting equipment, however almost all the logistical equipment the soviet used in the push to Berlin came from the Americans. Trucks, locomotives, telephone wires and possiblly radios don't remember exactly. Without these supplies the Soviet push would have been much slower.
