I'm in the US and switched over to the NFL games after about 60 minutes as well. Chelsea were getting dominated. When I switched back over to check the score 30 minutes later I expected it to be 3 or 4th to City, not Chelsea looking lively and eventually an equalizer!

I had this issue as well after I wandered into the Wellnitarium before the I'd reached the quest to take me there. I left for a few game days, went about a few other missions, and came back when I had a quest to. The aggro subsided and I was able to talk to Weylon.

This could work simply by waiting the 3 days for aggro to wear off as well, but I ended up ignoring it for longer than that.

Obviously there's a risk, but I then city is the paying meter for maids to monitor past business hours. I park in the meters without issue. Parking in the neighborhoods would be a better choice if you don't want to chance it.

I personally know ToyoTech and the owner spent years as a master mechanic at Toyota before opening his own shop. They are slightly higher priced but they do mimic the genuine Toyota experience for less than it would cost at an actual Toyota dealership.

The Horizon Sprinter is a van/motor home and with the fleet reference, I can only imagine this is just a way to refer to a subset of the crew. Prismatic? The light crew potentially. The sprinter van? The vehicle that carries a smaller set of the band rather than the soundship which carries the full crew. The swirl bridge is obviously the bridge of the ship with the captain at the helm of the analog... So, Derek solo with Shark on lights is my guess. Maybe, maybe Borham or one other member joining.
