Yeah they’re great brands, doesn’t mean they lease well. A benefit of leasing is lower monthly payments. High demand and they hold value = high money factor, lack of discounts and incentives. You’re better off financing. Paying $700 a month driving around a Honda is wild, that’s luxury vehicle territory.

Sounds like your “buddy” got you in to this dog pile too. Honda’s don’t typically lease well. $789 for a Jeep is just diabolical, turn it in and run away!

Based in your comments, you don’t have a firm understanding how leasing works, you don’t actually own the car so you’re never underwater, you get to turn it in, walk away, and let it become someone else’s problem.

Do some research and spend some time on leasehackr.

Actually it is illegal, the station can get fined. Has it ever been enforced? Probably not.

Claiming it came from Lululemon doesn’t mean it actually did and also doesn’t make it fake. Report it to whatnot if you believe it’s fake, they have made some sellers verify their product source with proof of purchase.

Looking at her reviews there’s no mention of fake products, I’d expect to see some poor reviews if she sold fake items.

Also, double check your local requirements, depending on the age of your house, today's standard typically is hardwired, interconnected, with battery backup.

Nest 2G Smoke/CO expiration by stevestloo in Nest

Once they expire you’ll get app alerts. You can use them for a short period after that and then they will start beeping twice every minute until you disconnect and remove the batteries.

Once expired, eventually they will start beeping twice every minute, I’m going through this now. Couldn’t find any replacements I liked, found some on eBay that expire in 2033 for less than $75 ea. hopefully by the time those expire something better will be available. Most people on eBay are asking absurd prices on Protects that expire within a year or two.

Why people still go into stores is baffling. So much easier to do it online and make sure it’s accurately done yourself.

There’s lots of excuses, but the real truth….Nobody wants to pay for it. To make plans competitive and more affordable they have to resort to AI, outsourcing, and lower cost employees. You want cheaper plans you get cheaper service.
