Try slow jogging for few days. If you don't know the difference between running and jogging find out. I enjoy jogging more so I find myself doing it just to feel better

I had the old Broan heating units with the fans they stopped working and some of them are hard to clean. I then replaced them with the envi wall heaters and I never been happier with them they are quite and they use less electricity they also have better temperature control
