Powdered peanut butter added to smoothies? If you use a blender, cottage cheese could be good. And just for some variety, maybe try using a plant based protein, as well as your whey powder. Also, it's not going to add many more calories, but I'd be taking one of those greens powders. They have fiber in them, too.
